Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund upon receipt. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales periods. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Due to high demand, it may take between 2-4 weeks before an order is received.
What if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I incur any duties and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are in US dollars, tax-free, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged at the time your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information on charges.
